Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Employ evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies to meet students’ goals.
• Foster a supportive classroom atmosphere, promoting student engagement and independence.
• Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to ensure holistic student support.
• Track and report on student progress per district and state guidelines.
• Participate in professional development and team meetings to support collaboration.
