• Under CPS Framework for Teaching, refine teaching practice and plan coherent instruction.
• Create a respectful classroom with strong management of student behaviors and diverse backgrounds.
• Design engaging instruction with challenging questions and assessment alignment.
• Communicate clearly with administration, colleagues, families, and students.
• Prioritize student safety and implement the Student Code of Conduct school-wide.
