TOOLBX is seeking an Account Executive to drive new dealer acquisitions and expand our integrated commerce platform. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to in-person or virtual demos, with a focus on Forge AI products and regional growth.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of B2B software sales in construction, a track record of meeting or beating targets, and strong relationship-building skills. This remote role offers growth, equity potential, and industry-impact opportunities.

Qualifications

TOOLBX is looking to hire an Account Executive with a background in B2B sales and a strong track record of over achievement. Focusing on finding new customers, you will be responsible for establishing TOOLBX as a trusted business partner with target accounts. Someone who is natural at selling and has a strong knowledge about the construction industry, with a passion to learn.

What your day will look like:

• You will sell our suite of products, including our Forge AI products, to newly prospected dealers so they can more effectively sell materials to their customers.
• You will prospect and find new key accounts within your region through leveraging your existing network or utilizing sales tactics to penetrate new accounts
• Build a healthy sales pipeline by booking meetings and conducting in-person and online demos.
• You will be comfortable using a variety of prospecting tools; such as, sales automation, phone, email, LinkedIn, and on site visits.
• Attending tradeshows and roundtables throughout the year
• You will be able to quickly and confidently identify and reach decision-makers and be comfortable talking to Owners, VP's, C-suite of key Dealer Accounts.
• Build solid relationships; qualify additional potential; schedule sales/demo appointments for dealers stemming from our national partnerships and inside sales leads.
• You will be comfortable with cold prospecting over the phone and strong presentation skills in face to face meetings. You will have a natural nack connecting with others while also conveying a strong value proposition for the dealer and TOOLBX
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
• Maintain dealer records by updating account information Hubspot

You are a strong candidate if you are:

• 5+ years proven sales/account management track record.
• Experience in construction and specifically the LBM industry
• Experience selling comparative SaaS solutions to our industry would be an asset.
• Exceptional ability to multitask through various communications channels, CRM (Hubspot), chat, phone, email;
• Ability to be proactive and oversee/overcome upcoming challenges;
• The ability to make hard and fast decisions within a data driven environment;
• Ability to work in collaboration with other cross functional teams;
• Bring your enthusiasm, work ethic, and A-game to work every day.
• Are proficient in the English language, both written and spoken.
• Be professional and represent the company in the best possible manner at all times.
• Experience in coaching and upskilling team members
• In-depth knowledge of various sales methodologies with the ability to put theory into practice

Travel Requirement:

This position will require travel to industry events which are heavily focussed around Q1 and Q4. Expect to be on the road for three to four weeks during these quarters.
