Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. in Kirkland, WA seeks a layout designer for analog and mixed-signal IC blocks. You will work with circuit designers to ensure layouts meet quality, performance, and reliability requirements and perform DRC, LVS, and ERC verifications.
The role requires 1+ years of layout experience, familiarity with CMOS/BiCMOS, Unix data tools, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Travel to coordinate with off-site teams may be needed.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons.
The target hiring range for this position is $70,000 - $110,000.
