Medina Family Law Associates is a busy family law firm that is growing. The attorney will work remotely from home, with office space available for meetings. You will collaborate with senior partners and staff to serve clients effectively.

Starting base pay is $120,000 with quarterly bonuses tied to billable hours, and earning potential of $150,000 to $175,000+ as your caseload grows. A 1,560-hour billable target applies, with fully remote work outside court dates.

Qualifications

• Prior family law experience is preferred and desirable.
• Excellent research and writing skills required.
• Ability to use modern technology and communicate effectively across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters, collaborating with senior partners and administrative staff.
• Manage a workload remotely with a focus on meeting billing targets.
• Attend trials in court as required.

Our busy family law firm is growing, and we are looking for talent that works hard to represent clients well. The attorney will work remotely from home except when they are in trial. Office space is available when needed to meet clients in person. The prime candidate will work seamlessly with both senior partners as well as administrative staff in an effort to effectively serve clients.
