Our client is a growing boutique law practice focused on providing thoughtful, personalized legal representation in family law matters. The firm takes a hands-on approach to its cases, emphasizing strong legal advocacy, responsive client service, and careful attention to each client's individual circumstances.
With a collaborative team structure and established systems for case management, the firm offers attorneys the opportunity to work closely with firm leadership while taking meaningful ownership of their cases.
As the practice continues to grow, the firm is investing in building a dependable legal team that values professionalism, communication, accountability, and high-quality work. This is an opportunity for attorneys who appreciate the flexibility of a primarily remote environment while remaining engaged in substantive legal work and close collaboration with colleagues.
The firm is seeking two experienced Associate Attorneys to support its growing caseload and contribute to the continued development of the practice.
Family law experience is preferred, but accomplished civil litigators with a genuine interest in transitioning into family law are encouraged to apply. The firm is open to attorneys who bring strong foundational litigation skills, sound judgment, excellent writing ability, and a willingness to learn its established procedures.
These positions offer the opportunity to manage assigned matters, contribute to case strategy, and develop a long-term working relationship with a growing practice.
The role is primarily remote, with in-person court appearances as required by the courts, which is limited. Attorneys will work closely with firm leadership and the support team in a collaborative, organized environment.
Onboarding includes an introduction to the firm's systems, workflows, and procedures, supported by training resources and regular case-review discussions. Responsibility will increase as the attorney becomes familiar with the practice and its expectations.
This opportunity is well suited to an attorney who enjoys substantive legal work, values autonomy, and understands that excellent representation depends on both legal ability and consistent communication.
The right person will take ownership of assigned matters, manage competing deadlines, keep clients and colleagues informed, and approach collaboration and professional development with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
