Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to manage a personal caseload from initial consultation through resolution with the flexibility of fully remote work. You will handle divorce, custody, and support matters, building tailored strategies and drafting pleadings while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role offers independence, a supportive team, and competitive compensation with uncapped bonus potential. Washington license required; trial experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of family law experience, with 3+ years preferred.
• Experience independently managing family law cases and maintaining client relationships.
• Experience with family law litigation, court appearances, and case preparation.
• Trial experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent legal writing, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and attend in-person court appearances as needed.

Fully Remote | Washington State

Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere in Washington State while maintaining the flexibility to attend required in-person court appearances. Our attorneys are assigned a home office for administrative purposes, but day-to-day work can be performed remotely.

Note

Candidates must hold an active Washington State Bar license in good standing and have at least 2 years of family law experience. You must be comfortable independently managing family law cases and attending in-person court appearances as required. Trial experience is strongly preferred.
