Senske Services is hiring an Applications Technician / Lawn and Tree Spray Technician in Lakewood, WA. The role involves applying products to lawns, educating homeowners, and upselling additional services.

You will operate aeration equipment and support crew leaders while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction. Starting wage ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, with full-time, on-site employment and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and safe driving history.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• At least 21 years old (driving requirement).
• Commitment to safety and PPE usage.
• Friendly and dedicated to great customer service.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, work independently, and as part of a crew.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide lawn and tree spray services to residential or commercial properties in a timely, safe manner.
• Educate homeowners on lawn maintenance and advise on landscape problems; upsell additional services.
• Operate ride-on and push aerators and assist crew leaders in aeration tasks.
• Ensure proper PPE and safety protocols on the job site.
• Work with teammates to maintain quality work and customer satisfaction.
