Job summary

Senske Services is seeking an Application Technician to service residential and commercial properties, applying lawn care products using hand and powered equipment. You will educate homeowners on lawn maintenance and recommend solutions tailored to each property.

You will also upsell compatible services, communicate effectively with customers, and maintain a safe work environment with PPE and proper procedures. This is an hourly, non-exempt role with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication with customers and homeowners.
• Ability to educate customers on lawn care and problem solve on-site.
• Ability to prioritize safety and follow PPE protocols.
• Willingness to upsell services to existing and new clients.

Responsibilities

• Apply lawn care products to residential and commercial properties using hand and powered equipment.
• Educate homeowners on lawn maintenance and landscape concerns.
• Advise on solutions and upsell additional services to grow clientele.
• Resolve customer concerns on-site with clear communication.
