Job summary

Senske Services is seeking an Applications Technician / Lawn Care Technician to service residential and commercial properties in Clarkston, WA. This hourly, non-exempt role includes applying lawn products, educating customers, and upselling services while upholding safety and quality.

Starting wage ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, with benefits, training from day one, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving.
• Able to pass pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded).
• At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle).
• Committed to safety and the use of all proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Serve residential or commercial properties with lawn care treatments using hand and powered equipment.
• Educate homeowners on lawn maintenance and advise on landscape problems.
• Sell/up-sell additional services to existing/new customers to grow clientele.
• Provide strong on-site communication and resolve customer concerns.
