Job summary

Senske Services in Lakewood, WA is seeking a Lawn Aeration Technician to operate aeration equipment, spreader and seeder, and perform on-site landscaping tasks across local worksites.

You will travel customer routes in company vehicles, assist operations, and communicate with customers onsite to ensure service quality. Training and growth opportunities are available within our expanding team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver27s license and a safe driving history.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded).
• Age 21 or older (required to drive a company vehicle).
• Commitment to safety and dependability in on-site work.
• Friendly and dedicated to great customer service.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate aeration machinery, spreader, and seeder to aerate and seed lawns.
• Perform manual labor tasks including landscaping and site maintenance.
• Support operations on-site at various worksites and travel routes in company vehicles.
• Provide product/service information to customers and maintain a positive customer experience.
