Job summary

Senske Services is hiring an Applications Technician / Lawn and Tree Spray Technician in Lakewood, WA. You will service residential and commercial properties, applying lawn care products and performing soil analysis to control pests and improve turf health.

You will educate homeowners, upsell services, and work with a team to deliver safe, high-quality results. Benefits include paid training and opportunities for advancement while earning $22.00–$25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screening and drug test.
• 21+ years old or older (driving requirement).
• Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently or in a crew.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide residential or commercial lawn and tree care services using hand and powered equipment.
• Perform soil analysis and apply products to treat lawns and landscapes.
• Educate homeowners on lawn maintenance and recommended solutions.
• Upsell additional services to existing and new customers.
• Operate aeration equipment and ensure uniform soil perforation.
