Winter duties include overseeing snow operations within an assigned area and driving performance improvements. Qualifications emphasize hands-on leadership and a driver’s license for daily operations.

• Landscape Industry experience desired, but not required.

• Basic MS Office proficiency.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Job description

The Operations Supervisor leads a team of 10-25 crew members focused on lawn maintenance and mowing services. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. Key responsibilities include leadership, scheduling, route planning, quality control, and driving daily productivity.

Strong leadership skills and hands‑on experience in lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, and basic property upkeep) are essential. Experience with small landscape projects is a plus but not required. During the season, this role is responsible for daily crew dispatch (starting around 7 a.m.) and supporting crews throughout the day. In the winter, responsibilities shift to overseeing snow operations within an assigned area, including team performance and service execution.
