DJ's Landscape Management is hiring Lawn Maintenance Team Members to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and landscaping for commercial clients in Michigan. This full-time, year-round role offers a pathway to leadership as you gain field experience and skills.

The position includes training for newcomers, competitive pay, and benefits; winter snow removal is part of the role, with opportunities for advancement within the crew.

• Lawn maintenance tasks for commercial clients, including mowing, edging, trimming, landscaping, and related duties.
• This role is in the Crew Member path with progression to Crew Leader and winter snow removal duties.

Lawn Maintenance Team Members are responsible for performing landscaping maintenance tasks for our commercial clients, including mowing, edging, trimming, landscaping, and other similar tasks. In theCrew Memberrole, you will be in the field developing the skills necessary to advance to a Crew Leader position. These are full-time, year-round career opportunities that transition into snow removal tasks in the winter.
