DJ's Landscape Management in Hastings, MN is seeking a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to lead a team of landscape professionals in daily maintenance tasks for commercial clients.

This hands-on role requires directing crews, preparing and driving company equipment, and delivering high-quality work while ensuring safety and efficiency. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional landscaping experience in the green industry and/or supervisory experience preferred for Crew Leader.
• Requires a Driver's license (or ability to obtain one) and a smart phone.
• Strong problem-solving skills and desire to work with a team.

Responsibilities

Lawn Maintenance Team Members are responsible for performing landscaping maintenance tasks for our commercial clients, including mowing, edging, trimming, landscaping, and other similar tasks. Crew Leadersin this department are responsible forpreparing and driving company equipment, directing, and developing their crews to ensure quality work is performed, caring for equipment, and ensuring safety. In addition to leadership responsibilities, this is a hands‑on position which allows you to take full ownership in accomplishing the work in the field.

Requirements
