Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Grounds Maintenance worker to care for the exterior of facilities and adjacent landscapes. The role requires maintaining lawns, pruning trees, and installing flower beds in accordance with site standards.

The position involves operating lawn equipment, driving if needed, and supporting community events. A High School diploma or landscaping training is preferred, with at least six months of landscaping experience recommended.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Landscaping training desired.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Agency policies and procedures.
• Maintain and service grounds, lawns, and landscaped areas.
• Mow, trim, edge lawns using walking/riding mowers and trimmers.
• Plant, water, and care for trees, shrubs, and flowers; lay sod.
• Support recreation and special events as required.
