Chimes in Baltimore, MD is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain safe, clean, and welcoming outdoor spaces across our campus.

You will mow lawns, trim landscaping, plant and prune shrubs, and handle seasonal tasks like snow removal. This on-site role requires physical stamina and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Punctual attendance for all shifts and emergency weather events.
• Experience operating commercial mowers, skid steers, and trucks with trailers.
• Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
• Strong safety mindset and equipment care practices.
• Knowledge of horticulture and turf maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license (minimum 3 years, acceptable driving record).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 6+ months landscaping/grounds experience (training available).
• Lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work on uneven terrain.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Work at heights up to 12 feet (ladders/lifts/scaffolding).
• This is an essential position with on-site reporting during emergencies.
