The position requires 0-2 years in landscaping, a high school diploma or GED, and OSHA-10 certification within 30 days.
The Landscaping Technician, working under direct supervision, is responsible to complete assigned maintenance and care of grounds and courses by operating a range of equipment and tools, including but not limited to mowers, utility vehicles, tractors, string-line trimmers, blowers, sweepers, and specialized grounds equipment. The role also performs general landscaping duties including mowing, collecting leaves, planting flowers, pond maintenance and irrigation system monitoring. The role performs snow removal tasks in the winter months. Responds timely and professionally to customer requests and complies with all safety practices and procedures. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday with on-call weekend rotation. The role is generally first shift; however hours can vary based on weather.
