Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products. You will answer questions, process orders, and ensure a smooth shopping experience in-store.

Youll work in a dynamic retail environment across departments, gain exposure to merchandising, POS systems, and customer engagement, with part-time hours and supportive benefits including health, tuition assistance, and a company 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
