Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer use: inputting, accessing, modifying information.
• Experience with common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform duties.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by identifying empty shelf areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to deliver excellent customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
