Lawn Doctor of The Woodlands, Magnolia, and Tomball is seeking a dependable technician to apply lawn treatments and maintain service quality. This full-time role emphasizes safety, customer service, and independence on daily routes.

You will drive a company vehicle, document work performed, and communicate clearly with customers about the services provided. Starting pay is $18/hour with potential to $26/hour based on experience.

What You'll Need

• Valid Texas driver's license and driving record that meets company vehicle requirements.
• Ability to meet job-related background screening and drug testing requirements.
• Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather, including summer heat.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including walking, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating lawn treatment equipment.
• Strong communication skills and comfort using mobile technology.
• Previous lawn care, landscaping, or pesticide application experience is helpful but not required.
