Job summary

Lawn Doctor The Woodlands, Magnolia and Tomball is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our outdoor services team. You will apply lawn treatment products, diagnose problems, and serve customers across The Woodlands, Magnolia, Tomball and surrounding communities.

We offer competitive pay starting at $18/hour (up to $26 or more based on experience), full-time schedules, paid training, health insurance, and a SIMPLE IRA with company matching. No lawn care experience?

Qualifications

• Valid Texas driver's license or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying Texas weather.
• No lawn care experience required but helpful.

We specialize in professional lawn fertilization, weed control, and insect control services.

What You'll Do

• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and insect control products safely and effectively.
• Identify common lawn problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Drive a company vehicle and independently manage your assigned daily route.
• Communicate professionally with customers and help them understand their lawn care services.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles in clean, safe, working condition.
• Accurately document services and complete required treatment records.
• Work efficiently while maintaining our standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need

• Valid Texas driver's license and driving record that meets company vehicle requirements.
• Ability to meet job-related background screening and drug testing requirements.
• Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather, including summer heat.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including walking, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating lawn treatment equipment.
• Strong communication skills and comfort using mobile technology.
• Previous lawn care, landscaping, or pesticide application experience is helpful but not required.
