Job summary

Lawn Doctor is seeking Lawn Care Technicians to join our team and provide high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. You will be a customer-facing ambassador, performing lawn treatments, aeration, seeding, and offering additional services on-site.

Candidates should be comfortable outdoors, able to lift 50+ lbs, pass a background check, and have a valid Texas driver’s license. Training and development are provided, with guaranteed hours and a competitive wage.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Driver's License required.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to the worksite and good attendance record.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to operate lawn care machinery and equipment.
• Be able to lift more than 50 pounds.
• Pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer-facing brand ambassador for lawn care.
• Apply high-quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, perform shop work, and present new services to customers in the field.

• Treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, perform shop work, and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field
