Lawn Doctor of Lawrenceville-Suwanee is seeking Lawn Care Technicians who are customer‑facing brand ambassadors. The role involves treating lawns with high‑quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerating and seeding lawns, and offering new services to customers and prospects while in the field.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and a good attendance record.
• Experience in the lawn care or pest control industry is desired but not required; training will be provided.
• We offer a competitive salary, sales commission opportunities, and performance bonuses.
• Estimated earnings range from $24,000.00 to $30,000.00 per year, depending on attendance and performance.
• Benefits include 5 paid holidays after 90 days of service and paid vacation after 6 months.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and a good attendance record. Experience in the lawn care or pest control industry is desired but not required; training will be provided.

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to meet production goals
• Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds
• Pass a drug test and background check

We offer a competitive salary, sales commission opportunities, and performance bonuses. Estimated earnings range from $24,000.00 to $30,000.00 per year, depending on attendance and performance.
