Job Overview

Lawn Doctor is looking for a Lawn Care Technician dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. As a Lawn Care Technician at Lawn Doctor, you will be our customer-facing brand ambassador, treating lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerating and seeding lawns, performing shop work, and offering appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.

Responsibilities

Provide lawn care services, including aeration, seeding, shop work, and recommending new services to customers and prospects.

Operate machinery and equipment safely.

Meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to meet production goals
• Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and good attendance record
• Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable

Compensation

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour, competitive salary, commission, and benefits.
