Job summary

Lawn Doctor is seeking a Lawn Care Technician in Suwanee, GA. You will act as a customer-facing brand ambassador, applying environmentally sensitive products, aerating and seeding lawns, and recommending additional services to customers in the field.

Ideal candidates bring a strong work ethic, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to operate machinery. You must be able to lift 50 pounds and pass a drug test and background check.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong work ethic and reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Experience in lawn care or pest control is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to operate machinery and meet production goals.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and pass a drug test/background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide lawn care as a customer-facing brand ambassador using top-quality, environmentally sensitive products.
• Aerate and seed lawns and identify opportunities to offer additional services to customers while in the field.

Lawn Care Technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors who treat lawns with top-quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.

Requirements

• Actual work experience in the lawn care or pest control industry

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate machinery

• Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
• Pass a drug test and background check

Compensation

Estimate $27,000.00 to $37,000 depending on attendance and performance. Starting in January 2023. Compensation: $27,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year.

5 Paid Holidays (after 90 days). Paid vacation (after 6 months).
