Job summary

Lawn Doctor is hiring for an outdoor route professional who will run their own service route after training. You will apply fertilizers and weed controls, treat trees and shrubs, and operate spray equipment with guidance and support from a family‑owned team.

No lawn care experience is required; paid hands‑on training and aid obtaining a Michigan Pesticide Applicator License are provided. Expect full‑time schedules, steady pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• No prior lawn care experience required — paid training is provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in heat, cold, and rain.
• Strong attendance and reliability with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and deliver professional customer service.
• Potential to advance within a family‑owned, supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments to lawns.
• Treat trees and shrubs for insects and disease.
• Operate ride‑on spreaders and spray equipment.
• Work independently on a daily route and deliver friendly customer service.
• Learn safe pesticide handling and application and manage your own service route after training.
