Lawn Doctor is hiring a Lawn Care Technician / Lawn Treatment Specialist in Egg Harbor, WI. You will perform fertilization, weed control, soil health treatments, aeration, overseeding, and turf improvement while delivering top-notch customer service.

This role involves operating equipment, staying active outdoors, and maintaining accurate service records. A valid license, physical stamina, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors.
• Independent, route-based work with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Apply lawn care treatments including fertilization, weed control, and soil health applications.
• Perform lawn aeration, overseeding, power seeding, and turf improvements.
• Provide mosquito, tick, and outdoor pest control treatments.
• Operate lawn care equipment and service vehicles safely.
• Educate customers on lawn health and maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service records and route documentation.
• Assist with shop organization and equipment maintenance.
• Meet productivity goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Apply lawn care treatments including fertilization, weed control, and soil health applications
• Perform lawn aeration, overseeding, power seeding, and turf improvement services
• Provide mosquito, tick, and outdoor pest control treatments
• Operate lawn care equipment and service vehicles safely and efficiently
• Educate customers on lawn health, maintenance recommendations, and additional service options
• Maintain accurate service records and route documentation
• Assist with shop organization, equipment maintenance, and daily preparation
• Meet productivity goals while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Ability to safely operate machinery and lawn care equipment

• Must have current valid 3.0 Turf and Landscape license

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
