Lawn Doctor is seeking a motivated Lawn Care Technician to apply lawn treatments, fertilization, weed control, aeration, and pest control to residential lawns. The role involves operating equipment and serving customers.

You’ll work route-based, outdoors, with training provided and opportunities for advancement in a growing company; a valid driver's license and dependable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Apply lawn care treatments including fertilization, weed control, and soil health applications.
• Perform lawn aeration, overseeding, power seeding, and turf improvement services.
• Provide mosquito, tick, and outdoor pest control treatments.
• Operate lawn care equipment and service vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Educate customers on lawn health, maintenance recommendations, and additional service options.
• Maintain accurate service records and route documentation.
• Assist with shop organization, equipment maintenance, and daily preparation.
• Meet productivity goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
