Job summary

OnSite Partners, LLC in Findlay, Ohio, is seeking a motivated lawn care and maintenance worker to perform mowing, trimming, planting, and landscape tasks across company sites in Ohio.

You will operate grounds equipment, assist in tool upkeep, and support maintenance projects throughout the year, with opportunities to learn new skills in a team environment.

This role requires a valid driver's license, comfort working outdoors in varying conditions, and reliable, safety-conscious work habits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and other lawn care activities.
• Operate grounds maintenance tools and equipment safely (zero-turn, riding, walk-behind mowers, etc.).
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on property as needed.
• Assist in maintaining tools/equipment and stock inventory as necessary.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel to support project objectives during reduced workloads.
