Job summary

OnSite Partners, LLC is seeking a motivated Lawn Care and Maintenance Worker to perform mowing, trimming, planting, watering, and fertilizing at company sites across Ohio. You will operate different lawn care machines and assist with general maintenance, while learning new skills in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes safety, ability to document activities, and regular outdoor work. A valid driver’s license is required as occasional travel between sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate lawn care equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Ability to use basic tools safely and effectively.
• Must be able to document activities and maintain records.
• Knowledge of lawn maintenance techniques and equipment operation.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and other landscaping tasks.
• Operate a variety of lawn care equipment safely (zero-turn, riding, walk-behind mowers).
• Conduct routine site cleaning and maintenance as assigned.
• Maintain and inventory tools and equipment, request replacements as needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to support project objectives during slower periods.
