Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in landscaping and commercial contract maintenance industry, or a related field.
• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and/or commensurate experience.

Responsibilities

• Completes maintenance and care of grounds and courses using a range of equipment and tools.
• Performs general landscaping duties such as mowing, leaves collection, planting flowers, pond maintenance and irrigation monitoring.
• Responds to customer requests and follows safety practices.
• Conducts preventive/predictive maintenance on equipment and responds to emergencies to expedite repairs.
• Collaborates with vendors and external contractors for equipment repairs.
• Performs daily course setup tasks (tea service, cups) as directed for golf course operations.
• Participates in snow removal operations and uses related equipment.
• Maintains high standards of quality, production, cooperation and service for employees, guests and customers.
• Adheres to OSHA and company safety/training/certification standards.
