Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mow, weed whip, and remove debris from properties.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Follow job plans, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Smith Lawnscapes LLC, a family-oriented landscape construction and maintenance company, is seeking a dependable Lawn Care Crew Member to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow, weed whip, and remove debris from properties
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow job plans, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Work closely with Crew Leaders and other team members
• Assist with snow removal operations during the winter

Qualifications:

• Landscape, lawn care, or equipment experience preferred — training available for the right candidate
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Able to lift 50+ lbs., bend, kneel and perform physical labor
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Dependable and able to work well as part of a team

Working Conditions:
