Candidates should have at least one year of experience, a valid driver’s license, and a strong work ethic; the company offers competitive pay and growth.

• Prior experience operating landscape or construction equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, dependable, and punctual.

• Knowledge of safety procedures related to equipment operation and outdoor construction.
• Willingness to learn and take pride in craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Help with general labor tasks as needed, including loading, unloading, and site cleanup.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least one year of landscape or construction experience and be able to safely operate industry tools and equipment. The ideal candidate can communicate effectively, work independently or as part of a team, and has knowledge of landscape and construction materials and methods. This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day, as well as a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
