Smith Lawnscapes LLC, a family-oriented landscape construction and maintenance company, is seeking a dependable Landscape Construction/Hardscapes Crew Member to join our dedicated team. You will perform site prep, grading, drainage work, and support hardscape installations while following our safety and quality standards.

This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and physical stamina to thrive in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, excavation, or construction preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical outdoor work.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work safely in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sites through grading and site prep.
• Assist with drainage, base materials, and layouts.
• Contribute to landscaping and hardscaping projects.
• Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment.
• Keep job sites organized and safe.
• Collaborate with crew leaders and teammates.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards.

Smith Lawnscapes LLC, a family-oriented landscape construction and maintenance company, is seeking a dependable Landscape Construction/Hardscapes Crew Member to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform site preparation, grading, leveling, and excavation
• Assist with drainage systems, base materials, and site layouts
• Help complete landscaping and hardscaping projects
• Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with Crew Leaders and other team members
• Follow company quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Landscaping, excavation, or construction experience preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor
• Dependable with good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Working Conditions:

Fast paced environment, outdoors in various conditions including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold. Some weekends may be required.
