Ryan Lawn & Tree is seeking a Turf Route Manager to oversee turfgrass applications, fertilization, disease control, and related lawn care services for a large route of residential and commercial customers.

The role requires 3+ years in green/agriculture, a valid driver’s license, and ability to obtain DOT and pesticide licenses; safety screenings are part of the hiring process. Starting salary ranges from $50k–$60k with bonuses and benefits.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in green or agricultural industry preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required; degree in agronomy, turfgrass or agricultural sciences a plus
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to obtain DOT certification
• Ability to obtain and maintain state pesticide applicator license for turfgrass within 3 months
• Safety-sensitive position requiring vehicle/equipment operation; pre-employment drug screen, background check, MVR and DOT physical where applicable

As a Turf Route Manager

As a Turf Route Manager, you will perform turfgrass applications, fertilization, disease control, and other lawn care services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in green or agricultural industry preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor or Associates degree in agronomy, turfgrass or agricultural sciences is a plus)
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to obtain DOT certification
• Ability to obtain and maintain state issued pesticide applicator license, turfgrass within 3 months
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• SAFETY-SENSITIVE POSITION: This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the operation of vehicles and equipment.
