Ryan Lawn & Tree Inc. is seeking a Turf Route Manager to perform turfgrass applications, fertilization, disease control, and other lawn care services. The role manages a large residential/commercial route and focuses on customer service and account management.

The position requires 3+ years in green/agriculture, a valid driver's license, and ability to obtain DOT and pesticide licenses. Competitive starting pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in green or agricultural industry preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor or Associates in agronomy, turfgrass or agricultural sciences is a plus).
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to obtain DOT certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state pesticide applicator license, turfgrass within 3 months.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
