Ryan Lawn & Tree Inc in the Midwest is seeking a Pest Route Manager to deliver pest control solutions for customers' indoor and outdoor spaces. You will support the Lawn and Plant Health Care team and contribute to expanding service offerings while upholding safety and service standards.

The role requires pest control knowledge, licenses (7D, 7E, 3A, 3B), excellent customer service, and a team-first mindset. Starting salary ranges $45,000–$55,000+ with bonus opportunities and strong benefits.

As a Pest Route Manager, you'll work directly with customers to provide solutions that protect their indoor and outdoor living spaces. This position will also support the Lawn and Plant Health Care department in helping maintain the health of beautiful lawns and landscapes.

Requirements

• General pest control knowledge
• 2 years of pest control experience preferred
• Excellent customer service
• Must have a team-first mindset
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to obtain and maintain 7D, 7E, 3A, 3B state-issued pesticide applicator licenses
• Willingness to learn new skills and work outside of your current department to help the company achieve its goals

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to walk, stand, and push/pull equipment for extended periods, including up to 3 miles per day in the field
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, year-round
