Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte LLP seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Law Students to run the law school recruiting processes and the 10-week summer associate program across assigned offices. You will coordinate with leadership, partners, and committees to implement strategies and manage logistics.

The role requires building relationships with feeder schools, coordinating events, and maintaining a high quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of law firm recruiting experience, focus on summer programs.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; viRecruit preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with law school career services offices and student organizations at key feeder schools.
• Coordinate Firm participation in outreach activities and sponsor events.
• Manage full cycle 1L/2L recruiting for assigned offices, including interview logistics and feedback.
• Provide updates on recruiting progress and candidate pipelines.
• Plan and execute the 10-week summer associate program for assigned offices.
