Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Law Students in our Chicago office. You will run the law school recruiting and summer associate programs across offices, coordinating interviews, campus activities, and complex scheduling.

You will build school partnerships, manage candidate pipelines, and support budgeting for events and programs while ensuring data integrity in the ATS. Collaboration and discretion are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of law firm recruiting experience or 4–5 years in professional services recruiting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage law school recruiting and summer programs for assigned offices.
• Coordinate on-campus interviews, travel, and interview schedules.
• Maintain relationships with law schools, career services, and student organizations.
• Oversee the full cycle 1L and 2L recruiting process and callbacks.
