Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of law firm recruiting experience focused on Summer Associate Programs and law school recruitment, or 3–4 years in a professional services firm.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; viRecruit preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, especially May–August.
• Must be able to work in the office 4 days per week during the 10-week Summer Program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 1L/2L law student recruiting for assigned offices, including school liaisons and interview logistics.
• Create interview schedules, gather feedback, and manage callbacks and offers.
• Coordinate law student recruiting logistics and communication with candidates.
• Assist senior team with law school career services outreach to students.
• Plan the full 10-week Summer Associate program for assigned offices, including vendors and events.
• Administer day-to-day Summer Program logistics, trainings, and events.
• Interface with candidates, provide updates, and manage background checks and conflicts.
• Process payments, invoices, and reimbursements related to recruiting and onboarding.
• Compile on-campus recruiting data and survey results.
• Support firm-wide recruiting initiatives and special projects.
• Stay current on market trends, NALP rules, and school policies.
