Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Law Students, to execute the law school student recruiting process and manage summer associate programs for assigned offices. You will coordinate with hiring partners and committee members to implement recruiting strategies and logistics.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of law firm recruiting experience, including on-campus recruiting, with strong communication, organization, and discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years law firm recruiting experience or 3–4 years in a professional services setting.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, viRecruit preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist 1L and 2L law student recruiting for assigned office(s), coordinating with schools and interview logistics.
• Coordinate on-campus recruiting, interview schedules, feedback, and offers.
• Manage the Summer Associate program logistics, vendors, bookings, and materials.
• Maintain the online application system, data integrity, and candidate communications.
• Support firm-wide recruiting initiatives and tracking of metrics.
