Job summary

The University of Toledo College of Law seeks an Assistant Dean, Student Services to lead a broad range of student support programs and services. You will help students develop professional competencies and support ABA accreditation efforts as the lead on Standard 508.

The role partners with the Dean, Academic Dean, Admissions, and Professional Development to align services with the law school’s strategic priorities and to manage state bar character and fitness investigations for a large student

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and bar admission (active or inactive).
• 3–5 years of experience in people and project management, directing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for student services.
• Lead ABA Standard 508 compliance for Student Support Services.
• Collaborate with Dean, Academic Dean, Admissions, and Professional Development.
• Oversee state bar character and fitness investigations for 100+ students yearly.
