Job summary

BARBRI Inc. in New York City seeks a Director of Legal Education to lead bar review initiatives and student success programs. This role emphasizes account leadership, outreach, and collaboration with law schools and students to drive engagement and outcomes.

The DLE will travel up to 25% during fall and spring, manage on-campus activities, and serve as a subject matter expert on BARBRI products and bar exams. Authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a J.D. (law degree).
• Proven experience developing and executing account strategies.
• Strong relationship management and account management skills with faculty, administrators, and students.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills to educate and persuade diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership to recruit, train, motivate, and manage student ambassadors or campus teams.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data tracking tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-project management.
• Willingness to travel to assigned law schools, as permitted.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to law school administration, deans, faculty, academic support teams, and students by managing the full account.
• Travel to visit law school faculty, administrators, and students in assigned territory.
• Serve as a trusted subject matter expert on bar exams and BARBRI products.
• Act as the primary point of contact for BARBRI offerings within assigned law schools.
• Respond promptly and accurately to stakeholder inquiries while delivering a high level of support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with faculty and administration, serving as an ongoing resource.
• Deliver presentations and workshops to support student success and bar exam readiness.
• Execute targeted outreach strategies to identify, engage, and enroll students.
• Partner with Student Ambassadors to track engagement and drive enrollment outcomes.
• Recruit, train, and manage Student Ambassador teams, ensuring effective outreach, CRM usage, and successful on-campus events.
