Job summary

AccessLex Institute is a nonprofit focused on legal education and is seeking a Regional Director – Bar Review Program Engagement to lead territory development and school partnerships. This full-time, exempt role is remote with heavy travel within the assigned territory; you will work with law schools, ambassadors, and marketing teams to promote bar review programs and student success.

A J.D. and bar license are required, with 2+ years in education or sales.

Qualifications

• J.D. required; licensed to practice law.
• 2+ years in education, relationship-building and/or sales.
• Experience in legal education setting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create territory-specific engagement plans to meet goals.
• Conduct school visits, events, webinars, and outreach.
• Serve as company ambassador at conferences and events.
• Recruit, train and support student ambassadors.
• Maintain CMS records and track campaigns.
• Provide knowledge on products and bar exam strategies.
