Job summary

AccessLex Institute is hiring a Regional Director – Bar Review Program Engagement. You will serve as the external face of the company for the bar review program, managing territory development, school relationships, and program delivery.

You will help support school initiatives and share insights on pass strategies with marketing and policy teams. The role requires a JD with bar license, and 2+ years in education or sales; travel within the territory is expected.

Understanding of bar exam processes and strategies for success.
Ability to initiate and champion new products.
Awareness of higher education policies affecting law schools.

Strong writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

Proficient with web-based apps and CRM tools like Salesforce.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Create territory business plans to increase engagement and meet goals.
Coordinate field efforts, events, and outreach to schools and students.
Produce content to support academic and bar success.
Maintain contact with member schools, faculty, and student groups.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Recruit and support student ambassadors.
Mentor student users of the bar review program.
Maintain CMS records and campaign tracking.
Stay knowledgeable about company products and services.
Suggest new services and products for members and students.
Contribute to development and quality control of offerings and communications.
Maintain social media presence for lead development and collaboration with marketing.
Flag issues to the National Director and perform other duties as assigned.
