Job summary

AccessLex Institute is seeking a Regional Director – Bar Review Program Engagement for a fully remote role with heavy travel within WA, OR, ID, and MN. The position focuses on building strong relationships with law schools, faculty and students to advance bar review initiatives.

Reporting to the National Director, you will guide territory development, support school-based activities, mentor student ambassadors, and provide program insights to enhance product and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and relationship-building capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of bar exam processes and strategies.
• Experience in higher education or legal education settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory-specific engagement plans to boost school partnerships.
• Lead and train student ambassadors and manage events/conferences.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, faculty and students.
• Represent the company at industry events and lead outreach.
• Provide insights on program improvements and product opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and track campaigns and visits.
• Collaborate with marketing and engagement teams to meet goals.
• Travel within assigned territory as needed.
