Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials.
• Demonstrated experience in brief writing and case management.
• Proficient with written advocacy at trial level including dispositive motions, evidentiary motions, jury instructions, and verdict forms.
• Experience working with large multi-member teams.
• Leadership experience on matters is ideal.
• Clerkships are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead law and motion work in advance of trial.
• Serve as embedded appellate counsel at trial.
• Coordinate across multiple teams and drive strategy in cases toward trial.
• Manage law and motion teams for trial, MDLs, bellwether trials, and coordinated state court proceedings.
• Potentially lead briefing on complex legal issues and preserve issues for appeal.
