Qualifications

• Proficient in all forms of written advocacy at trial—dispositive motions, evidentiary motions, jury instructions, verdict forms.
• Experience working with large multi-member teams and leadership on matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead law and motion work in advance of trial.
• Serve as embedded appellate counsel on trial teams and partner with trial counsel to preserve issues for appeal and lead briefing on complex issues.
• Coordinate across trial teams to drive strategy in cases proceeding toward trial and appeal.
• Manage law and motion teams for trial, MDLs, bellwether trials and coordinated state proceedings.
