Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong academic credentials and demonstrated experience in brief writing and case management.
• Experience with all forms of written advocacy at trial, including dispositive motions, evidentiary motions, jury instructions, and verdict forms.
• Experience leading multi-member litigation teams and coordinating across teams; clerkships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead law and motion work in advance of trial and serve as embedded appellate counsel at trial.
• Manage complex litigation workflows, coordinate across multiple teams, and drive strategy toward trial.
• Preserve issues for appeal, develop legal strategy, and lead briefing on complex legal issues.
